There's something to it, and I like your idea. I propose to submit it for general discussion.
China and France suffer with expressed non-fulfilment with the novel defense pact between the Connected States, the Combined Sphere of influence and Australia - although on the side of different reasons. Beijing in effect wants to touch the Asia-Pacific Trade Pact.
